Mike Hall, CMV's head of marketing, commented:
“We are delighted that Gloria can be part of this great day in our history. She is a popular TV presenter and much loved by the British public.”
Guests at each event, taking place on the 12th, 13th and 14th March, will be able donate to Comic Relief and enter a prize draw, which will take place during dinner on each evening. Prizes include a three-, six-, and 14-night cruise.
Mike Hall, also said:
"Everyone at CMV is really keen to support Comic Relief. Whilst we would love to be able to put a Red Nose on the sleek looking Magellan at the naming ceremony, logistically it would be impossible. However, we should still manage to raise a good sum of money during the three days of launch events at the London Cruise Terminal in Tilbury."
