Exciting new enhancements will be added to Disney Cruise Line's Disney Dream, when she undergoes a drydock period at Freeport, Bahamas in October 2015.
In 2016, Disney Cruise Line will offer several cruises departing from Dover, as well as introducing it's first British Isles cruise itinerary, which will visit Scotland, England, Ireland and France. Throughout the summer of 2016, Disney Cruise Line also will return to Norway, Iceland and ports of call in more than 15 European countries.
In 2016, Disney Cruise Line will transport guests to a galaxy, far, far away - also known as the Western Caribbean! The cruise line, who also recently announced new 'Frozen' themed cruises, will introduce special 'Star Wars Day at Sea' events on board eight Disney Fantasy sailings.
According to a Disney Cruise blog, the Disney Magic rescued five Cuban nationals, around noon on 23rd January, as the vessel sailed en-route to Castaway Cay, Disney's private island near Cuba.
This summer, Disney Cruise Line will debut new on board experiences from the hit animated film "Frozen." Disney Cruise Lines is to expand its collection of premium culinary options at its adult-only specialty restaurant, Remy, on board Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy. The expanded collection of offerings in the French-inspired Remy include a unique tasting opportunity, a decadent dessert experience, a seasonal truffle menu and special caviar selections.
Disney Cruise Lines has revealed new itineraries for early 2016.
For 2016, Disney is introducing two new popular Caribbean destinations, Tortola, capital of the British Virgin Islands and Martinique. Disney Fantasy and Disney Magic will sail 7-night itineraries from Port Canaveral calling at Tortola, St Thomas and Disney's private island, Castaway Cay. Prices start from $1,120. Disney Wonder will sail from San Juan, Puerto Rico operating seven-night cruises to Southern Caribbean ports; Barbados, Grenada, Antigua and St Kitts. Four departures will also include a stop in Martinique, with fares starting at $980. Disney Cruise Line will also operate cruises sailing out of Port Canaveral and Miami to the Bahamas and Caribbean. Bookings open to the public on October 30th. |
